RoundTable Policies

Registration Fee:
The Crusade RoundTable will require a $150 registration fee to help offset this cost. Every chapter was charged the registration fee on the chapter's statement of accounts. If members are interested in staying for the Stewards of the Order, there will be an additional $50 registration fee. The Order will cover additional transportation costs, lodging, and meals.  Participants are required to cover any meals and incidental expenses (parking, baggage fees, etc.) while traveling.

Attendance:  Crusade Commanders attending the RoundTable must be a Junior or Senior as they should be leading the program. Freshmen and Sophomores should consider attending The Emerging Leaders Academy. Any Crusade chapter that fails to send a representative or cancels within 21 days of the Crusade RoundTable will be charged the average cost per individual plus travel (ie. air transportation).  The chapter can send an alternate.  We suggest any of the phase commanders or the Number I, II, or Number IX.

Travel Policy:
Driving
- If you live more than five hours of Lexington, Virginia, we request that you drive. Participants will be reimbursed at .40 cents per mile.  Please arrive no later than 4 PM. Driving Directions Here

Flying- All flights will be purchased through the Order's official travel agency, Canyon Creek Travel. If a participant fails to show once after a “seat” confirmation letter has been issued by the National Administrative Office, the chapter will be charged for that ticket.  Once a ticket has been purchased and a participant wants to make changes, he will be responsible for contacting Canyon Creek Travel to purchase the differences.  If a participant fails to register by the May 15 deadline, the chapter will have to reimburse the National Administrative Office the difference of the plane ticket from the price of the ticket on May 15 and the date of the late registration.
Please note that airlines are charging for checked luggage and participants are required to cover those associated costs. It is recommended to pack for a carry-on. More information on checked luggage here.

Alcohol and Drugs: The RoundTable will provide an alcohol and drug-free educational program and environment.  All participants, regardless of age, are not to bring or puchase alcohol during the program.  If this rule is broken, the participant will be sent home and charged a registration fee.  We are guests of Washington & Lee University and we need to conduct ourselves as gentleman at all times.
